Can the work remain completely white-label?
Yes. Agency branding, access, communication and client visibility are agreed before delivery. Exact is not introduced to the client unless you want that.
Can Exact join an existing codebase or team?
Yes, after an initial review. We assess the current architecture, dependencies, access and known risks before agreeing what responsibility should move to Exact.
What does handover include?
The engagement defines what must be transferred before completion: source access, deployment information, operating notes and the documentation agreed for that project.
Can the work appear in Exact’s portfolio?
Only with written permission covering what may be shown, when it may be published and whether the agency or client may be identified. Confidential and unapproved work remains private.
How is the work priced?
Pricing follows the responsibility, complexity, risk and engagement shape. We review the actual work before proposing terms instead of forcing it into a generic package.
Who is responsible for delivery?
The delivery shape, decision owners and review points are named before the engagement begins. The agreed responsibility stays visible from kickoff through handover.
