A diorama per band
Each painted band of the page carries a small three.js scene, scripted in Blender (the jetty, for one) and exported once.
Budgeted motion
The 3D budget is 1 MB and the build measured 0.84 MB. Scroll uses Lenis; there is no GSAP.
